Quick Check: If you purchased and activated your device after June 23, 2020, your eSIM will be activated automatically after setup. You do not need to follow the reset steps in this guide.
Step-by-Step Activation Procedure
For devices purchased before June 23, 2020, you must follow the procedure below to enable the eSIM feature. Please ensure you back up your device before proceeding.
