Why is my eSIM connecting to the wrong network?

If your eSIM is connecting to the wrong network, you can manually select the correct network.

You can see the available networks next to the ICCID in the eSIM details. You will need to adjust a few settings on your device to select the correct network.

Selecting a specific network on iOS devices

1. Go to Settings > Cellular and select your eSIM

2. Select Network Selection

3. Turn off the Automatic setting and wait for the list of available networks to appear

4. Select the correct network from the list

1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks

2. Select Network operators

3. Turn off the Automatic setting and wait for the list of available networks to appear

4. Select the correct network from the list

Selecting a specific network on Google Pixel devices

1. Go to Settings > Network & internet and select your eSIM

2. Select Advanced > Carrier

3. Turn off the "Automatically select" setting

4. Select the correct network from the list
