I cannot connect to the internet with my eSIM on my Google Pixel

If you are experiencing difficulties connecting your eSIMfo eSIM to the internet on a Google Pixel device after installation, please ensure you have completed the Data Access steps below.

Before You Begin: You can find the necessary settings in your eSIMfo app:

  • OPEN the eSIMfo app.
  • Go to the My eSIMs tab.

  • Follow the path View Installation Instructions.

Step 1: Enable Data

  2. Tap Network & internet.
  3. Enter the SIMs section.
  4. Ensure the eSIM is enabled (turn it on if it is off).
  5. Toggle the Mobile data option to ON.

Step 2: Connect to a Supported Network

  1. Follow these steps: Settings > Network & internet > SIMs.
  2. Tap your relevant eSIM profile.
  3. Enable the "Automatically select network" option.

Step 3: Enable Data Roaming

  1. In the Settings > Network & internet > SIMs section, select your eSIM.
  2. Set the Roaming option to ON as specified in the eSIMfo app instructions.

Step 4: Update APN Settings (If Necessary)

Usually, APN settings are defined automatically; however, if a connection cannot be established, follow these steps:

  1. Select your eSIM under Settings > Network & internet > SIMs.
  2. Tap Access Point Names (APN).
  3. Tap the + icon to create a new APN entry.
  4. In the APN field, enter the value provided to you in the eSIMfo app.
  5. In the Name field, type eSIMfo as the label.
  6. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right, select Save, and then select the new APN you just created.

After completing these steps, your Google Pixel device should successfully connect to the internet. If you still have issues, you can contact our 24/7 support team.
