I cannot connect to my eSIM on my Android device

If you are having trouble connecting your eSIMfo eSIM to the internet on an Android device after installation, please ensure you follow these connection instructions.

Step 1: Enable Data on Your eSIM

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Connections.
  3. Select SIM manager.
  4. Ensure the eSIM is enabled (turn it on if it is not).
  5. Select Mobile data and then choose the eSIM you wish to use.

Step 2: Connect to a Supported Network

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks.
  2. Select Network operators.
  3. Select the relevant eSIM.
  4. Turn off "Select automatically".
  5. Manually select the network shown in the connection instructions of your eSIMfo app.

Step 3: Update APN Settings (If Necessary)

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names.
  2. Select your eSIM and tap Add.
  3. In the APN field, enter the value exactly as provided in the app and select OK.
  4. In the Name field, enter eSIMfo as a label.
  5. Leave other fields blank.
  6. Select the three-dot menu in the top right corner and tap Save.
  7. Ensure the newly created APN is selected.

Step 4: Enable Data Roaming

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks.
  2. Toggle Data Roaming to ON or OFF as specified in the eSIMfo app.
